South East Supper & AGM
The South East Supper & AGM will take place on Friday 2nd March 2012 at 6.30 pm for 7pm at the Hare and Hounds, Godstone, Surrey RH9 8LN (this event was originally planned for 2nd February but the Committee decided it would be prudent to make it a month later in case of bad weather)
We are planning a supper and AGM at the above venue and look forward to meeting as many members from our area as possible. We would be delighted to hear your views on what clinics, demonstrations etc., you would like us to arrange.
I am waiting to hear from the Landlord about the new menu for 2012 and anyone wishing to attend should email me on cherry.caddy(at)btconnect.com or telephone on 01342 842539 and I will send you directions and the details of the menu once I have received it. It is necessary to order in advance so that we can all eat at the same time. There will be a vegetarian option available. We are restricted to 25 places so you need to register that you will be attending as early as possible. Godstone is on the A25 between Redhill and Oxted and very close to junction 6 of the M25.
